Almost There

I can't believe it's been 3 years I've been in seminary now. I think this has been by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do. There were times I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I'm almost there! Thank you, Lord!

In four weeks I will graduate with my Master's of Arts in Christian Education (concentration in Women's Ministry) at Dallas Theological Seminary. It has been quite a journey to discover my giftedness and passions, and to see how that relates to a vocation. I am looking forward to this milestone in my life, and I treasure the opportunity seminary has afforded me. I have been trained by some of the world's top biblical scholars...wow! It has been amazing to study God's Word and theology, and to be able to sharpen my mind.

More importantly, I have a deeper love for the Lord and the Word of God, which in turn has deepened my compassion to share it with others. I am grateful for the many friends and family members who believed in me, encouraged me, and affirmed me during this time. Your love and support saw me through!
